NYLAG Financial Empowerment Center: open to anyone, over 18 years old, who resides or works in NYC.
PHONE: Call 311 Request “Financial Counseling” and request an appointment with a NYLAG financial counselor. If you have a disability, please request “Financial Counseling” through Empowered NYC.
ONLINE: Click here. Once there, select “Financial Empowerment Center” under “Choose a Program,” and your preferred language. Click “next” and then scroll down until you see NYLAG (Phone Counseling). If you have a disability, select “Empowered NYC” under “Choose a Program,” and your preferred language. Click “next” to complete the process.
