Why Give?
At NYLAG, we advocate for our clients, explaining to judges and opposing counsel how racism, poverty, and trauma impact the choices a survivor makes and how they present or react. We continue to strengthen our efforts to provide trauma-informed anti-racist legal representation because we believe that it is crucial for our clients’ paths towards self-determination, safety, and security.
