Anna comes to NYLAG with 27 years of experience holding controller/chief financial officer positions in major nonprofit companies. She was part of the management team at Bank Street College of Education, Girls Incorporated, American Red Cross in Greater New York, U.S Fund for UNICEF, and Touro College.

She built an IT data extraction and reporting system which automated production of monthly and annual financial reports, and created financial analysis tools for the entire Bank Street community.
At Girls Incorporated, Anna instituted budgeting processes to provide effective tracking and analysis of all initiatives and programs. She established financial reporting and cash management procedures which enabled timely reporting and management decision making. She directed the freezing of the Company’s defined benefit pension plan, and the design and establishment of the 401k plan.
At American Red Cross in Greater New York, Anna played a key role in creating robust internal controls to handle the thousands of daily donations that the organization received in the wake of the 9-11 disaster. She negotiated a 10% budget increase in a $12 million contract with New York City, despite a citywide across-the-board freeze. Anna was a vital participant in the needs analysis and evaluation of computer systems in preparation for a national Red Cross CRM system conversion.
Anna received her MBA from Baruch Graduate School, and her BS in mathematics from Brooklyn College.
