Ms. Wohl is a Coordinating Attorney for the Volunteer Law for a Day (VLFD) Program. The project, run in conjunction with NYS Courts’ Access to Justice Program, matches trained volunteer attorneys and law students with unrepresented defendants in consumer law matters. Additionally, through the NYC Department of Consumer Affairs’ Office of Financial Empowerment, Rebecca counsels and represents clients with complex consumer financial issues. Prior to joining NYLAG, Rebecca served as a Law Clerk to Justice Doris Ling-Cohan, Appellate Term, First Department. She is a member of the New York City Bar Association’s Women in the Legal Profession Committee and the Historical Society of the New York Courts. Rebecca received her J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law and her B.A. cum laude from Connecticut College.
