Katherine is a senior staff attorney with the Employment Law Project, where she advises and represents clients regarding employment discrimination, wage and hour, and unemployment insurance matters.  Katherine previously worked in NYLAG’s Storm Response Unit.  Prior to joining NYLAG, she was the Occupy Wall Street Coordinator and the Women’s Equality Agenda Coordinator at the New York Civil Liberties Union.  She was also a Fellow in the Civil Rights Bureau of the Office of the New York State Attorney General, and represented clients at two primarily plaintiff-side employment law firms.  Katherine received her law degree from University of California, Berkeley Law and her B.A. from Barnard College, Columbia University.
