NYLAG submits comments in opposition to proposed changes to ‘sex discrimination’ rule

We vehemently oppose the Trump Administration’s proposed changes. Eliminating gender identity from the ACA’s definition of sex discrimination is unlawful and arbitrary. We submitted public comment this summer, highlighting the dire impact these changes would have on transgender and gender non-conforming people throughout the U.S.
